Advanced Dental Concepts Taught at Rajan Dental

Just last week, the Institute conducted an intensive 6-day implantology programme that was attended by 10 dental surgeons and included lectures on basic implantology, advanced surgical techniques, prosthetic procedures and managing complications as well as hands-on sessions on patients. Experienced clinicians including Dr. Gunaseelan Rajan, Dr. Hariharan, Dr. B. Praveen and Dr. Harinath delivered comprehensive lectures including a presentation on Nobel Active implants which is an internationally practiced system. The participants witnessed a live surgery of indirect sinus lifting along with implant placement and had the opportunity to plan treatment using the Cone Beam CT Scan, place implants and carry through impression procedures in patients under the guidance of the course faculty. “It was very informative and I am very impressed. I will keep coming back here and hope that I can join their full-time fellowship program next year too.” said Dr. V. Sudhakar (BDS), a dentist based in Kovilpatti who participated in the course.
Rajan Dental Institute will continue conducting frequent training programmes and short courses in addition to its flagship TN Dr. MGR Medical University affiliated Fellowship Programme in Dental Implantology in association with the Chennai Dental Research Foundation as well as it’s training programmes on advanced concepts such as Zygoma implants and All-on-4 Implants conducted in association with Nobel Biocare and Malo Clinic International.
