Late Dr. B P Rajan started his dental practice in 1962 in a small way. Over the years, his work had been characterized by high quality and dedication that won the trust and confidence of his patients. In his academic and professional career he rose to hold some of the highest positions in the country such as

3. Vice-Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R Medical University
As the first Principal of the Tamil Nadu Government Dental College, Chennai he was instrumental in propagating research in dentistry with path-breaking work on fluorosis in several districts of Tamil Nadu.
